🧼 General Cleaning Principles for All Comfylids Heated Masks

These apply to Heated Eye Mask PRO™ (old & new gen), Heated Eye Mask SILK™, and Heated Eye Mask Wireless™.

Proper care helps maintain consistent heat performance, supports daily hygiene, and extends the overall lifespan of your mask. Regular cleaning ensures your Comfylids continues delivering the soothing comfort it was designed for.

Before Cleaning

Always power off and unplug your mask before cleaning.

Exterior Cleaning

Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the surface. If needed, use a small amount of mild soap. Avoid excess moisture and do not allow water near the control unit or charging port.

Do Not Submerge

Never submerge your mask in water. The internal heating elements and electronics are not waterproof.

Dry Completely

Allow all components to air dry fully before reconnecting to power or using again. Avoid direct heat sources.

✨ Special Care for the Silk Model

The Silk model features a delicate, ultra-soft fabric designed for maximum comfort against sensitive skin.

• Gently spot clean with a damp cloth when needed.
• Avoid rubbing aggressively to protect the silk fibers.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry the Silk mask itself.
• Allow to air dry naturally, away from direct sunlight.

Proper care will help preserve the softness and integrity of the Silk material over time.
