Shipping Policy
Comfylids will pay for every part of the shipping process when getting your items to you if your order is 70$ or more.
Insurance for your package is included with any type of shipping you choose meaning, if your package is lost or stolen, Comfylids has your back and will send you a replacement.
IMPORTANT:
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, some deliveries may be delayed if shipped through regular postal services. To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, we are actively using alternative couriers (such as UPS, FedEx, and Purolator) during this time.Our priority is to minimize disruptions and get your package delivered safely and on time. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships, regardless of the courier used. If you think your package may be in transit via Canada Post, please reach out to us at info@comfylids.com so we can assist you in tracking it down or arranging an alternative solution.

Shipping Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order is received, we will begin to pick it, pack it and ship it right away!
Cancelling Orders
If you change your mind after placing an order on our website comfylids.com, please contact us immediately to cancel your order. We will issue a full refund provided your order has not been prepared and shipped.
