I placed my order November 28. It is not Dec. 29 and I still not have received my order. Dec. 30, Finally have this resolved. Parcel has been declared lost and they are forwarding my order with a different courier. Excellent customer service and can't wait to get my order!
I have advanced glaucoma and experience extremely dry eyes, necessitating the use of drops multiple times daily. I noticed a significant difference the very first time I used ComfyLids, and they have since become an integral part of my nightly routine. These are incredibly convenient, eliminating the need to heat rice bags or wet warm cloths. The four settings for time and heat level are exceptionally useful.
I purchased a Comfylids almost two years ago because of dry eyes. I just received the newest model with the silk mask cover and I am loving it even more- longer cord, easier to adjust time and temp. And you don’t need it just for dry eyes- very relaxing and help put you to sleep
I love my Wireless heated mask. I use it every morning and I'm finding that I rarely need eye drops or eye ointment at night. I set the mask at 15 minutes on medium heat; it beeps before shutting off. I find its effect lasts all day.

I suffer from dry eyes. For years I’ve used warm compresses, eye wipes, microwave masks. The comfylids is the best. By far! I highly recommend. I fall asleep with them on.
I'm very happy with this mask so far. I used to use a plastic one filled with gel beads that I got from the drugstore, but it wasn't very comfortable and I didn't use it as much as I should because I had to go back and forth to the kitchen to heat it up in the microwave. Then it was too hot at first and cooled off too quickly. The Comfylids mask is so much more convenient, I can adjust the temperature and set the time and keep it right beside my bed, plus it is soft and fits well on my face.
Also, I had a small problem with it when it arrived so I emailed the info email and got a response within an hour or two. They ended up sending me a replacement part which I received in a couple days. This is a wonderful customer service.
The wireless mask works very well. So much easier than heating a mask in the microwave
I’m loving the experience of using my Comfylids! Heat has a nicely variable range (5steps, from low yo high) and timer similarly goes from 5 minutes to an hour, so you can always make time for eye care and relaxation.
I have been using my sleep mask for several weeks and I love it. It sits comfortably over my eyes with no eye pressure. The timer is helpful as I often fall asleep. I will be ordering a second for travelling!
I suffer from dry and sore eyes and I have been using the silk mask for 10 days before bed (and a few mornings). The morning after the first night using the mask, I felt a huge difference. Havent used my daily eye drops since. I do believe it has also helped me to fall asleep faster. I had the mask set to 45 degrees for 15 minutes.
I Like the fact that they are convenient & I don’t have to heat them up in the microwave. However, two would be preferable to just one. The charge only last for three sessions so the Comfylids is constantly being charged, usually discovered when it’s bedtime so they then have to get plugged in to get charged & the microwave ones are heated.
Have not used the replacement covers yet.

Bought a pair of wireless comfy lids and the battery didn’t last. Sent a message and they were quick to send out a replacement. Replacement works wonderful.

Very convenient to use. Charge it and put it on. It really soothes my eyes! Especially I can wear it and sleep with it. It helped with my dry eye issue too. Love it.
I purchased this eye mask for dry eyes after cataract surgery. It's great! Very relaxing and my eyes feel rested and not nearly as dry. I would highly recommend this mask for anyone experiencing dry eyes.
I've used the wired version for a couple of years as it really helped with my dry eyes. The wireless version is even better! Super comfortable to sleep in, works great. Highly recommend.
