Charging your Wireless mask

• Fully charge the mask before its first use.
• Charge with the supplied USB cable and a certified 5V/2A adapter.
• A full charge can take 30 to 45 minutes.
• The mask is fully charged when you see 4 vertical lines on the screen.
• A full charge can last up to 90 minutes. Actual time can vary.

Safety

• Stay nearby while it charges.
• Do not charge the mask while wearing it.
• Do not use it while sleeping.
• If the mask gets unusually hot, or the controller or battery looks damaged or swollen, stop using it and unplug it. Then contact us at info@comfylids.com.

Warranty

Your mask is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. To make a claim, email info@comfylids.com with your order number or proof of purchase and a short description of the problem. We may ask for a short video of the issue.
