Yes! The removable cover is 100% safe to wash but only by hand and is recommended after every few uses. Do not wash in the washing machine.

The temperature starts at 45 degrees Celcius and can go up to 60. The timer has multiple settings and can stay on for up to 60 minutes.

No, the heating eye mask must be plugged in via USB or USB-C by using a 5V adapter at all times to work correctly.

It can do both! For moist heat, simply use a small spray bottle full of water and lightly spray the mask. We don't include the bottle with your purchase but if you ask for one after your order is placed, we will gladly include it in your package.
